Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. warm water
    5 to 5 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water. Stir dry ingredients together, cut in shortening, add yeast and buttermilk. Knead dough until it holds together. Roll dough to 3/4 inch thick. Cut out, then fold in half. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
