Cashew Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. light Karo syrup
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. cashews, chopped
Preparation

Bring to a boil over medium heat butter and sugar.
Remove from heat and add syrup and water to the mixture.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture reaches 290\u00b0.
Remove from heat.
Stir in cashews.
Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet.
Cool and break into pieces.
