Cherry Jewels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. ground lemon rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/ 4 c. flour
    3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    strawberry jelly
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg yolk, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon rind and vanilla; beat well.
    Gradually blend in flour.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Roll into balls; roll in nuts.
    Make indentation in the top and fill with jelly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
