Peanut Butter Oatmeal Refrigerator Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Cream peanut butter and margarine together until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, soda and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add rolled oats and raisins.
    Shape dough into a long roll, about 2-inches across.
    Wrap in plastic wrap.
    Chill in refrigerator.
    Slice into 1/8-inch thick slices with sharp knife. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
