Rum Sauce For Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
rum flavoring to taste
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Place
milk, butter and sugar in saucepan.
Let come to a boil.
Thicken
with
roux\tmade
of 1 tablespoon oil and 2 tablespoons
flour.
Remove
from heat and add nutmeg, vanilla and rum flavoring to taste.
Serve over bread pudding.
