Grilled Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak
1/2 c. dry red wine
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp. shallots, chopped
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Place flank steak in a large shallow dish.
Combine wine and next 5 ingredients and pour over.
Cover dish and refrigerate overnight.
Drain steak.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Grill.
