Jean'S No Sweat Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
2 stalks celery, sliced
3 carrots, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1 jar gravy
1/4 jar water
Preparation
-
Place meat in 2-quart casserole dish with cover.
Place onions, carrots, celery over top of meat.
Add jar gravy, pour over meat and vegetables.
Add 1/4 jar of water.
Cover and bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
(No sweat).
