Mexican Soup A Pollo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. corn
    1 c. salsa
    shredded Monterey Jack or pepper cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add corn, return to boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 more minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
    Add salsa and heat through.
    Garnish with cheese.
