Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 lb. cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Butter the inside of a metal cake pan 8-inches wide and 3-inches deep.
    Do not use a spring-form pan. Sprinkle the inside with graham cracker crumbs and shake the crumbs around the bottom and sides until coated.
    Shake out the excess crumbs.
    Set aside.
