Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans.
Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium speed for 45 seconds.
Pour into pans.
Bake for 50 or 60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
