Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. ripe bananas (2 to 3)
2/3 c. pecans, broken
Preparation

Beat shortening and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and beat until thick.
Blend in dry ingredients thoroughly alternately with mashed bananas.
Stir in pecans.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes in loaf pan (greased in the bottom).
