Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. natural bran
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix buttermilk or sour milk with bran and let set while mixing everything else.
    Then combine the two mixtures.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Makes 12.
