Sun Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
Add vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Makes a large moist cake.
