Curried Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bunches fresh broccoli
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. raisins
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. peanuts
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar, may use less
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. curry powder
Preparation

Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
Combine with bacon, raisins, onions and nuts.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Pour over broccoli mixture and toss.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
