Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. onion
    leftover meat
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. cooked rice
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add pepper.
    Turn into skillet; cook until firm.
    In pan, cut into strips 1/2-inch wide.
    Add onion, meat, soy sauce, sugar and pepper; blend well. Cook, stirring gently, until hot.
    Serve.
