Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen Southern style hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. finely chopped or minced onion
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mix ingredients and turn into buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
