Baked Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 skinned, deboned chicken breasts
    1 large can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. white cooking wine
    6 or more Mozzarella cheese slices (lay or grate over top of chicken breasts in the baking dish)
    1/2 to 3/4 box croutons, coarsely crushed (I use Brownberry seasoned croutons)
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Spray baking dish with Pam before placing chicken breasts inside (all right if meat is still frozen some). Put cheese on top of chicken. Mix soup, wine, mushrooms and 1/2 of oleo together. Spoon on each breast. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes. I bake mine 70.
