Creamed Sherry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 to 3 Tbsp. water
    1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    4 to 6 large chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except chicken. If mixture seems thick, add a little more dry sherry.
    Lay chicken breasts in a Pyrex pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken covering as completely as possible.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Best served with noodles or rice. Serves 4.
