Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour before cutting, then set out 1 hour before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until done, about 30 minutes cooking time.
