Syrian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

17 lb. flour
1 1/2 large cakes yeast or 5 dry yeast
3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add to flour and salt.
Mix real good.
(You may need to add more water.)
Cover with cloth, plastic and blanket.
Let raise real high and cut it into 1 1/2 pound balls.
Lay on cloth and cover for 30 minutes or more.
Then pound down.
Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
Put into pans.
Stretch into round pans.
Prick top of bread with fork and glaze with milk. Put in oven until bottom is brown.
Then take off pan and put on top rack.
