Marinated Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) pkg. black-eyed peas, cooked and drained
    1/2 (3 oz.) pkg. dried tomatoes, rehydrated and chopped
    1 c. diced zucchini or yellow summer squash
    1 c. French-cut green beans
    1/2 c. Niblets corn
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/3 c. white wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    In large bowl, toss together black-eyed peas, tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, corn and onion.
    In a shaker jar, measure vinegar, oil, cilantro, sugar and cumin.
    Cover and shake well. Pour over salad and toss to combine.
    Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
