Moravian Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt and ice water
    3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Make crust for double crust pie with 2 cups flour.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add salt and ice water to make a pastry that clings together.
    Divide into halves.
    Roll out one half on lightly floured board.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan.
