Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. dry roasted peanuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Place chocolate, Eagle Brand milk and butter in pan; cook about 4 minutes, stirring all the time.
    Have dry unsalted peanuts and marshmallows in large bowl.
    Pour chocolate over and stir until mixed.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan greased with butter. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
