Holiday Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    6 Tbsp. Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine powdered sugar, milk, butter and salt in a 5-quart saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips and Marshmallow Creme.
    Beat until chocolate has melted and begins to thicken.
    Add vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into greased 17 x 11-inch pan.
    Let cool.
    Makes 3 pounds.
