Lemon Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 pt. cream or half and half
    2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    Blend juice and sugar together.
    Add the cream and food coloring.
    Pour into freezer tray and quick freeze for at least 3 hours.
    Do not stir.
    May use other flavors or even add fruits to this.
    Nuts or marshmallows can also be added for special changes.
