Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients in a double boiler, stirring until it thickens.
Cover and cook 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add egg yolks, margarine and vanilla; stir well.
Pour into an already baked pie crust in 8 or 9-inch pan.
