Crisp 5-Minute Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 qt. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat milk and add the cabbage.
    Simmer about 2 minutes.
    Mix the flour and melted fat and add a little of the hot milk.
    Stir the mixture into the cabbage and cook 3 or 4 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
