Sweetheart Salad(From 1975 Edition) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cherry juice
1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream
12 chopped cherries
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
Add 1/2 cup sugar to pineapple.
Bring to boiling point, then stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Add the lemon juice and cherry juice and let cool.
