Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cranberries, halved
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, margarine, egg and orange juice.
Stir in orange rind.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to first mixture; then add cranberries and nuts.
Just stir enough to moisten ingredients.
Do not overbeat.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Makes 1 loaf.
