Chili Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Pierce potatoes; cook in microwave on High for 16 minutes or until soft.
    In a large skillet, brown meat and drain.
    Stir in corn, tomatoes, ketchup, pepper and chili powder.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Slit potatoes; spoon 1 cup meat mixture over each potato.
    Garnish with sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese and green onions, if desired.
    Serves 4.
