Microwave Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. pecan meal
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well and press into a buttered 9 inch round baking dish.
Microwave at high for 1 1/2 minutes or until firm, rotating dish after 1 minute.
Yield: one 9 inch pie shell.
