Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Place apples in shallow, greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and granulated sugar.
Add water.
Combine brown sugar and flour.
Cut in butter very fine.
Spread over apples. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 minutes.
Cut in squares for serving.
Makes 8 servings.
