Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork sausage
    2 qt. sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
    dash of mustard
    2 eggs, beaten
    flour to thicken
    dash of bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except eggs, and cook.
    Let cool.
    Roll into balls.
    Dip in eggs and roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry until brown.
