Scotch Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter and stir in sugar until smooth.
Beat eggs into mixture. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add to sugar, butter and eggs. Add nuts and flavoring. Bake and cut in squares while warm. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
