Chocolate Coated Coconut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes confectioners sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 stick margarine
1 can flaked coconut
dash of salt
1 c. chopped pecans
2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (1/4 lb.) block paraffin
Preparation

Melt margarine slowly.
Add milk.
Stir in sugar and salt. Add coconut and pecans.
Chill until it can be handled easily. Roll into balls.
Melt chocolate and paraffin in top of double boiler.
Remove from heat and dip each ball in chocolate.
Remove quickly and place on wax paper.
