California Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
1 large chicken, cooked
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation

Prepare Rice-A-Roni as directed on box.
Thaw broccoli in boiling water.
Drain well.
Place rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan and layer broccoli over rice.
Cut chicken in cubes
and layer over the broccoli.
Mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk and cheese. Spread over casserole and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
You may substitute chicken broth in place of milk if you wish.
Do not salt the chicken when cooking.
