So-Good Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 c. half and half
1 egg
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation

Spray Pam on 2-quart casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Put the sweet potatoes, half and half, egg, brown sugar, spice and salt in food processor and blend
until smooth.
Stir in pineapple.
Bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle marshmallows and nuts around top of casserole.
Bake 15 more minutes.
Delicious with turkey dinner!
