Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. Pioneer buttermilk biscuit mix
    8 oz. container sour cream
    3/4 c. club soda
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine biscuit mix, sour cream and club soda.
    Mix well and knead 10 times on floured surface using biscuit mix.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick and cut 2 1/2-inch round.
    Place on baking sheet 1-inch apart.
    Brush biscuits before baking and after baking with melted butter.
    Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 16 biscuits.
