Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. instant potatoes
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. cottage cheese or plain yogurt
    8 to 10 c. flour (can use 1/2 whole wheat)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes, sugar, milk, salt and oil.
    Let cool.
    Add soda to cottage cheese or yogurt.
    Mix together.
    Add eggs.
    Add 5 cups of flour; beat until smooth.
    Add remaining flour until ready to knead.
    Knead about 10 minutes.
    Let raise until double.
    Punch down and let rest 10 minutes.
    Divide into 5 portions.
    Shape into loaves.
    Put into greased pans; let raise until double.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Brush tops with butter.
