Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
1 tsp. salt
3 ribs celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. sweet pepper, chopped
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation

Shred cabbage; add salt.
Let stand 1 hour, then squeeze out liquid. Mix all together with remaining ingredients.
Do not reduce sugar or slaw won't be crisp.
Put in Ziploc bag and freeze.
You can freeze for 3 to 4 months.
