Banana Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. ripe bananas
4 eggs
2/3 c. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. molasses
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

In a shallow bowl mash bananas.
In large bowl beat eggs.
Add melted butter, sugar and brown sugar, then add molasses and 1 3/4 cups flour.
When all ingredients are blended, add bananas.
Add 1 3/4 cups flour to mixture.
Beat for 3 minutes.
Then add nuts, raisins, apricots and dates.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
