Half Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon
Preparation

Cream oleo; then add the sugar slowly and cream well.
Add egg yolks one at a time and beat.
Add flour sifted with baking powder alternately with milk, beating well.
Add flavoring; then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
