Beverly'S Roast Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced leftover roast beef
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
    1 can tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. thinned brown gravy
    2 oz. noodles, cooked
    pepper to taste
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and green pepper in oil until brown.
    Add mushrooms and tomatoes; simmer.
    Add gravy and simmer 10 minutes. Combine cooked noodles with beef mixture; add pepper to taste. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
