Boo'S Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. small navy beans
    1 green pepper
    1 large onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. molasses
    3/4 lb. salt pork
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight.
    Boil with a pinch of soda until skins peel by blowing on them.
    Drain.
    Alternate beans, vegetables and pork, cut into 2-inch squares, in bean pot.
    Cover with water and bake in slow oven at least 12 hours.
    Add water as necessary to keep moist.
