7-Up Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sm or 1 large pkg lemon Jello
    14 oz 7-Up soda
    1 large can crushed pineapple, crushed and drained (reserve juice)
    2 diced bananas
    2 c mini-marshmallows
    1/3 to 1 c chopped pecans
    1 c whipping cream
    3/4 c sugar
    2 T flour
    1 egg
    water
    1/2 c boiling water
Preparation
    Take pineapple juice and add enough water to make 1 c of liquid.
    Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour and egg until thick. Cool, Dissolve Jello in 1/2 c boiling water; cool slightly.
    Add 7-Up, drained pineapple, diced bananas, marshmallows and nuts. Fold in whipping cream.
    Pour into large flat serving dish.
    Chill until firm.
