Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained (set for 2 hours)
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. green pepper
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Add 1/2 cup salad oil and 3/4 cup sugar to sauerkraut and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
    When ready to serve, add celery, green pepper and pimento.
