Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    2/3 c. nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Grease 2 loaf pans or 3 (8 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 2 1/2) pans. In a large bowl, cream shortening and sugar until fluffy; stir in eggs, pumpkin and water. Blend in flour, soda, baking powder and spices. Stir in nuts and raisins. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 70 minutes.
