Taffy-Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks or crushed (drain juice and reserve)
    3 to 4 unpeeled apples, cut in bite-size chunks
    1 c. chopped Spanish peanuts
    4 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine juice, egg, sugar, flour and vinegar. Cook until thick and clear looking.
    Cool.
