Ingredients

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine, soft
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar. In large mixing bowl, mix all the other ingredients. Add the flour mixture.
Refrigerate for two hours (store in refrigerator in between making cookies).
