Chocolate Fruit Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (60 wafers)
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped candied cherries
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
confectioners sugar
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except confectioners sugar.
Mix well.
Chill 1 hour.
Shape into balls. Roll in confectioners sugar.
Store lightly covered in refrigerator.
Flavor improves in 24 hours.
Makes about 10 dozen.
